Breema - The Art of Being Present
Breema provides a unique approach to experiencing body-mind connection. It offers a profound understanding of the underlying unity of all life, expressed in a dynamic and practical philosophy, the key to which is found in the Nine Principles of Harmony.
Participating in a weekend workshop provides an ideal opportunity to apply these principles while learning and practicing Breema bodywork sequences and Self-Breema exercises. No prior bodywork experience is necessary, but please be comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor.
The workshops are taught by Certified Breema Instructors with special guest Jon Schreiber, director of The Breema Center in Oakland, CA, and author of several books on Breema. CE available.
