Dramatic New Beginnings in July and August

The total solar eclipse on July 11 catalyzes dramatic new beginnings. Use this powerful energy to set intentions for the future you desire. To expand in new directions, you may need to release something that you have outgrown. An upgrade in how you take care of yourself and how you organize your daily life could also be required.

On July 21, Saturn will re-enter Libra the scales — the sign of relationship, balance, peace and cooperation — for the next two years. Saturn in Libra teaches that everyone is a mirror, and that your most important relationship is with yourself. These lessons are highlighted when Saturn opposes Uranus on July 26, and then squares Pluto on August 21. You can best navigate these intense times by sharing your authenticity and vulnerability, and releasing blame and judgment.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

You are reinventing yourself, and your professional goals and ideas about success are changing. Invoke your warrior spirit and face the fear of letting go of what's become stagnant in your work life, even if you can't yet see clearly what will replace it. At the end of July, challenges with a partner or friend can help you identify an old relationship pattern you're ready to free yourself from.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

As you prepare for a new start in speaking your truth and sharing your message with the world, you are challenged to heal old creative wounds. Perfectionism, distraction, sacrificing your creative time to serve others' needs — these are signs that your artist self needs healing care. Gemini (May 21 - June 21)

You're ready for a new relationship with money, which requires letting go of old stories and inherited beliefs about security and self-worth. On the solar eclipse, set intentions for building a stronger financial foundation. Your power to connect and communicate is amplified now, and the brighter you're willing to shine, the easier it will be to attract people who can benefit from your message.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22)

The solar eclipse sets into motion a new life direction that will unfold over the next 19 years. Home, work and relationships are ripe for change. Feelings of discomfort are a signal that you're on the right track — you've outgrown your old shell, and the new one is still a work-in-progress.
