Say Your Affirmations

I honor my feelings

Feelings and emotions can be powerful agents for change. Feelings also can lead you off course on tumultuous rollercoaster rides of emotion. The human experience is about learning to constructively channel your emotions and feelings into spiritual growth.

Focus on honoring your emotions in March and April by using the following affirmation and meditational prayer on feelings.

Affirmation

Spirit is with me every moment of the day.

When I feel happy, I am embraced by God’s love.

When I feel sad, I sense the presence of angels around me.

When I feel angry, I am aware of Spirit’s truth within me.

When I feel joy, I experience heaven on Earth.

Spirit touches my heart, guiding me through life.

Meditational Prayer 

Feel the presence of God in the room. Sense a gentle hand caressing your back, soothing your wounds. Feel a warmth within your belly growing, filling your entire body with love as you say the following prayer: Dear God, I feel your presence within and around me always. I open my heart to you, letting your light become my own.
