Manifestation: Everyday Saints Use Creative Energy

by Vicky Thompson

Have you ever met people who seem to effortlessly create what they need? Ask them how it's done, and they may tell you that a power greater than themselves is at work in their lives.

Everyday saints have pulled from a limitless source of creative energy using their passionate connection with Spirit. When you draw from divine inspiration, you recognize that there is no separation between you and God's power. Even though you may not see God with your eyes, you can feel this strength when you pray for this power to be your own. Saints have used this wisdom link to access God's energy for manifesting the divine will upon Earth.

When you feel stuck in the traffic of life, your options may seem slim when a semitruck is blocking your way. You may turn to your old friends of despair and anxiety, holding deep communion with these painful companions as you nurse your feelings of resentment at the obstacles in front of you.

Everyday saints experience the same road blocks in life, but instead of retreating to their den of sorry pain, they see the obstacles as a reminder that life is not always what it seems. You may be stuck in traffic, but the moment is rich with opportunity for inner observance and reflection. When you turn inward, rather than focusing on the outward problem, you turn off from your one-way street of limitation onto a freeway exchange of creative energy with God.

Saints seem so saintly because they are able to switch off or at least turn down their ego radio show so that they can hear the gentle guidance of their inner divine announcer telling them how to find the path of compassion when obstacles abound.

Compassion is based on the ideal of we rather than the separation of us versus them. Compassion says that we are in this together - you and I and God. Compassionate creative energy says that together we are stronger than we are alone. When you draw from the unknown, you are bringing in energy from the source of our togetherness, which is the power that gives life to this one shared existence.

By pulling from this place of togetherness to create new compassionate responses to everyday situations, you are manifesting a piece of heaven on Earth.

How do everyday saints in contemporary life - business owners, teachers and families - access the power of creative energy to draw upon new ideas and emotions to compassionately drive their choices?

Turn on the faucet to your creative energy. See your wisdom link as a handle that you twist to open and let your creative energy flow in full force to guide your actions. When faced with a situation, consciously decide to pull from the unknown energy of God by using the following affirmation to state your powerful intentions to create using creative energy.

I Am Creative Energy

  • I am the power of the sun, full and rich.
  • I am the love of the moon, understanding and illuminating.
  • I am the force of the wind, moving and changing.
  • I am the current of the water, flowing and reflective.
  • I am creative energy.
  • I am always full of understanding, moving with the flow.
  • I am always rich in illumination, changing with my new reflection.
  • I am creative energy.
