Turn on Your Light: Increasing Light Energy

We vibrate with light, making our ability to heal seem limitless.

Western culture used to see the human body as a solid object in space. Then in the early 1900s, Albert Einstein's theory of relativity or the space-time continuum began to change this view to a more fluid idea: space isn't three dimensional and time isn't an absolute or linear.

Science then discovered that at the subatomic level, electrons move around each nucleus and the human body is 99 percent spatial, not solid. Our bodies are really made up of light energy, sending and receiving light particles. Particles are little vibrating energy packets that are constantly giving and receiving energy information that may or may not interconnect. This means that the universe and humanity are a huge matrix of interconnecting light energy patterns.

The light energy goes into the blood stream, the body's energy centers, the energy channels called meridians, and into every cell of our physical and outer energy bodies. Energies move and vibrate at different rates of speed called frequencies. The faster and higher the frequency, the less dense an object or being appears. For example, angels vibrate at a higher frequency than we humans do. Therefore, the majority of humans do not see the angels around us.

In Dr. David Hawkins' Power vs. Force, everything is energy and vibrates at a frequency including actions, words spoken, thoughts and emotions. Using a scale of 1 to 1,000, Dr. Hawkins calibrated these frequencies to show what supports life and what doesn't. Shame vibrates at 20 (which is very low and is proximate to death) and fear calibrates at 100. The level of 200 is considered the break even point. Trust calibrates at 250, forgiveness at 350, love at 500, joy at 540, peace at 600 and enlightenment is 700 to 1,000.

The good news is that we have unlimited access to light energies to improve our health, well being and increase our vibration. So making adjustments to how we think can improve our health. Eating foods with higher energy vibrations such as raw fruits and vegetables can provide a positive contribution. Meditation is also an excellent way to balance and increase one's energy and health.

Here is a simple light meditation that can be done daily, which involves visualizing, and breathing while seated or standing:

Step 1: Start by inhaling and exhaling slowly a few times with your eyes closed. Send a thick golden cord down from your body and hook it into the core of the Earth. With one long inhaling breath, draw light energy up from the Earth's core and up through the center of the body. Exhale.

Step 2: Take your attention as high above your head as you can imagine. With one long inhaling breath, draw white light down through the top of your head and down through the center core of your body (along the spine), while filling out the whole body with light. Exhale, having the white light expand out past the body. Then repeat steps 1 and 2 for as long as you feel is right for you. Slowly open your eyes when you're done.

When we strengthen and increase our own energy vibration, it also travels outward. Since we are all connected, the increased vibrations ripple out and are felt throughout our Earth and universal energy gridlines. This connectedness or unity is the current understanding of quantum physics. So we as individuals can enjoy the benefits and also the entire universe experiences the benefits of our vibrational increase.
