Starscope: A look at your finances for September and October

During September and October we're all rethinking several things, including finances and relationships. September starts off like a rocket, especially with eclipses occurring Aug. 28 and Sept. 11. Expect the unexpected, like lightening bolts out of the blue. Mid-to-late September shows confusion or possible deceit related to money and relationships, so at least get clear on what you want in those areas, even if you don't know how to make that happen.

Very early October greets us with great opportunities to transform and create some excellent prosperity and passionate relationships. From Oct. 11 to Nov. 1, we're in Mercury retrograde when it's time to catch up, rethink and redo anything.

Aries (March 21 - April 20)

In September you may find "asteroids" from the past falling on your desk at work. This may not feel the best, but it's taking you to a better situation. In October, opportunities for deep love and the healing of long-term relationships present themselves. Rethink how you work with other people's money and the impact it has on your relationships.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20)

Your money may be slip-sliding away in September, especially with unexpected surprises in your investments, love relationships or just enjoying yourself. Pay attention to where it's going! October brings opportunities to remodel or redecorate your home, to create a more supportive environment.

Gemini (May 21 - June 21)

Changes in your career and/or home life lead the way in September. You've been needing these changes, even though you may think you're not ready for them. October reveals opportunities in your neighborhood or community for an intense and deep relationship. Or this person may help you make a lot of money!

Cancer (June 22 - July 22)

Your beliefs are changing and although this may seem small, this is changing everything else in your world. Notice how this impacts your daily life and work. In October, your home life is healing, and you have major opportunities to create a large increase in your income. Rethink your investments, what brings you joy, and how your home life supports you and others.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Unexpected financial issues land in your lap in early September. Other people's money, taxes, inheritance money or your investments are likely to be involved in this scenario. Make sure your investments are well defended against downturns in the stock market. In October, rethink your home life and the neighborhood you live in. How can communications be improved to make them better?

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Are you ready for a whirlwind of activity? In September, you're changing, along with your relationships! Get ready for some surprises you might not have considered before. It's best to break through some old patterns this month, instead of breaking down. In October, a lot of money from the past may reveal itself. Keep your eyes open! It's also time to rethink how better communications can make you more money.

Libra (September 23 - October 23)

In September, something hidden or from the past arises unexpectedly, impacting your daily work or life. If you've been having health problems, you may have to stop and take care of them. It's definitely worthwhile to do this. In October, you're healing yourself and it's a great opportunity to share with others how you do it. Rethink how money issues impact your relationships and how you can improve that.

Scorpio (October 24 - November 22)

In early September your investments, lover, or even your children, could behave erratically. Make sure all are as safe as possible within their parameters. In October, your career or community standing provides you with ample opportunity to make lots of money. Rethink how you and your actions are reflecting the past, instead of the present.

Sagittarius (November 23 - December 21)

Your home and career are encountering an earthquake in September. Something's changing! It's for the best and will bring you growth, no matter how it presents itself. In October, focus on transforming your beliefs around money and prosperity. This will bring you much more abundance than you've imagined, and you've already imagined quite a bit!

Capricorn (December 22 - January 20)

Saturn, your ruling planet, changes signs this month and moves into Virgo, the sign of efficiency, analysis, health and sacred cycles. As this happens, you'll be changing your beliefs and thinking, and this sets some unexpected surprises into motion that will change the rest of your world. In October, rethink your goals and your career or community standing.

Aquarius (January 21 - February 18)

Financial changes and upsets are likely to appear in early September. Just remember when this happens that the universe is bringing you a gift, no matter how it looks, and start looking for the silver lining. In October, you're focused on healing yourself, and old beliefs that pertain to you and your identity. Take the time to rethink your career and how your beliefs or social structures have impacted it.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)

Get plenty of exercise and some acupuncture in September to help you deal with all the electrical energy running through your body. You are changing old patterns quickly this month along with your relationships. In October, rethink your beliefs, especially the ones related to working with other people's money or energy. You're also healing past issues, especially ones related to emotional, physical and financial intimacy.
