For all signs: This season takes on a magical quality beginning with the intensity of November. During the sign of Scorpio, the shaman in each person can be accessed to heal any undesired issues in your life. The process must begin with the discovery of the unconscious attitudes that are creating your current situation. The magic is in replacing or reframing the past belief with one that will better serve your needs. This is the season of death and rebirth -- the old can be released and the new life, the new more powerful you, can rise from the depths of the Scorpio sea as the flaming phoenix in the fire sign of Sagittarius.

Astrology shows the potential in each individual chart and the energies that affect us all at certain times of a year. Each person has the free will to direct this raw material of creative energy. When not consciously directed, your unconscious fears and negative beliefs will take control and use the energy to create what you most resist. My holiday wish is that you all discover your own inner power. The Capricorn energy beginning at winter solstice will help to plan for the coming year.

Aries (March 21 - April 20) November begins with a time of adjustment that can lead to learning about something that was previously hidden from you or just so out of your current thinking that you rejected the possibility. Knowledge becomes your gift for the season.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) Your life may seem directed by the needs and demands of others during this time of year. Be sure that whatever you do is for the joy you get from working with others. Better to set limits before than harbor resentment.

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) Even though Geminis have many interests, you also have the ability to bring the magic of the shaman into your everyday routine. You are here to learn the power of words and sound, the basis for all magic. Your relationships and enjoyment of December depend on what you mentally create in November.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) During November, consciously try to look below the surface and see what is really behind what people are saying and doing. Most likely their behavior is not really related to you at all, so avoid stirring up your emotional waves by not taking things so personally.

Leo (July 23 - August 22) With Scorpio ruling the natural Leo area of home and family you tend to attract power struggles within the very place you want to find peace and retreat. This karma demands that you learn to understand the power of your words and thoughts related to those closest to you. Leo tends to seek the approval of new people in their lives and needs to see how they unconsciously hurt those old friends and relatives they see as their "family."

Virgo (August 23 - September 22) November can be a time of opportunities if you learn to understand the magic of the month and the power of your thoughts and words. December offers changes and adjustments related to decisions made in November.

Libra (September 23 - October 23) November calls for looking below the superficial "busy-ness" of your life and examining your personal values. You may also need a reality check about personal finances before jumping into the draw of the world to overspend during December.

Scorpio (October 24 - November 22) These two months bring a time of personal empowerment. Seek out the shaman within and carry this wisdom with you throughout this next year and the rest of your life. Learn to claim this ability tempered with gentleness and love for others. See why they do what they do and be patient.

Sagittarius (November 23 - December 21) You carry the power of Scorpio hidden in the recesses of your mind at all times. The challenge is what to do with it when you become aware. The world is plagued by Sagittarian exaggeration of fears, especially at this time of year. Be the Magi of the wisdom who shares with those who ask and focus on the power of positive visualization to create.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 20) During most of November and December you can journey into your own world of self discovery. After your birthday you can begin your new worldly cycle. Plan it on the new information obtained during these two months.

Aquarius (January 21 - February 18) Your social life can be both challenging and enlightening during these two months. You will have opportunity to get more in touch with your own personal values and learn to prioritize your efforts to only that which is most important to you.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20) This is a time of observation of others to see the comparison of behavior and life to what is being spoken by them. By the month before your own birthday, you will need to see the correlation to your own behaviors and beliefs.
