Beyond What The Bleep
by Dr. Noah McKay M.D.
What does Einstein’s E=mc² have to do with health, peace, and happiness? Everything! I recently caught up with quantum physicists Dr. Amit Goswami and Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, featured in the hit movie What the Bleep Do We Know, and asked them to comment on the inner workings of our interconnected universe. We live, they agreed, in an interconnected universe of Quantum interactions where everything is intimately connected to everything else.
Einstein’s Theory of Relativity was encapsulated in the formula E=mc². Energy and Matter are equal and interchangeable parts of the same phenomena. Under the right conditions, we can switch from energy to matter and from matter to energy at any given instant. Here’s how electrons and information flows inside us from Energy to Matter:
Energy > Thoughts > Feelings > Power > Action > Matter
Thoughts and feelings are energy in motion. They lead us to our real power base and help us materialize our inner power into action and matter. The most important things in life begin with the invisible - energy, thoughts, ideas, feelings and planning. Einstein knew that when he said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge”.
In a perfect world, the pursuit of health, happiness and peace should be a top priority for everyone, but numbers don’t lie. We devote more time, more money and greater effort to keep our cars running and homes repaired than in maintaining our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In the end, in disease and in health, we reap what we sow.
In Einstein’s interconnected universe, we trace the root cause of our disease and disability states to cluttered priorities. We are told fat and sugar causes heart disease and diabetes, but Quantum medicine tells a different story. According to Heisenberg, Bohm, and Bell - famous Quantum Nobel laureates, our feelings and thoughts have more control over our body’s cellular functions than all the bacteria, viruses, and cholesterol in the world.
Dilemma: The average human processes 40,000 thoughts and feelings each day.
Question: How do we monitor and make sense of our raging feelings and thoughts?
Answer: Bring your thoughts, feelings, and actions into coherence with each other.
When thoughts, feeling and actions are aligned and focused as one, we move from energy to matter, and from illness to wellness in seconds!
Spring is a perfect time to join the growing number of people on the planet who are shifting their priorities to things that really matter. The happiest, most peaceful, most productive people we know have one thing in common. They may not be rich or highly educated, but they maintain laser sharp focus on their priorities, which helped them transition from the materialistic world of excess and self-indulgence - the hallmark of our times - to the invisible realms of community action and service. To the great spiritual teachers, Peace, Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude were not ordinary words; they were powerful Weapons of Mass Transformation.
