New Eco-Friendly Franchise in Tigard

Local entrepreneur Renee Brewer is opening a Cartridge World franchise inTigard. She joins three other franchises in the Portland Metro area that refill or remanufacture laser and inkjet printer cartridges. Laser printer cartridges, which account for more than 90 percent of the throwaway cartridges deposited in landfills, can take up to 450 years to decompose. Along with environmental benefits, the cost to refill a laser or inkjet cartridge at Cartridge World is generally half the cost of purchasing a new cartridge.

Cartridge World Tigard is located three blocks from Washington Square Mall on Scholls Ferry Rd. and Nimbus, at 10115 SW Nimbus Ave, just behind Burger King.
