Autumn Energies Shift Your Prosperity Consciousness

Planetary energy shifts are large and dramatic this autumn, so much so that this column will present some of the changes in the November issue. It all begins with the Autumnal Equinox on September 22 at 3:24 PM PDT. A three-month chart cast for equinox shows a fated planetary pattern known as a "Yod." You may feel as though you are caught between a rock and a hard place in the life choices before you.

Although you probably want one, crystal clear answer, you are more likely to find that you have to work with energies that do not always fit comfortably together. You are being called to bring forth a higher set of values in your life while still dealing with the reality at hand. You may feel drawn to take action, yet find difficulty in putting the puzzle pieces of your life into a cohesive form.

This is because the warrior Mars, in prosperity-minded Taurus, is slowing down to turn retrograde on October 1^st. Fears that project the illusion of poverty consciousness will rise to the surface to help you remember that you are part of an unlimited and abundant Universe. The energy will be highly amplified in late October when Mars orbits very close to the earth (not last July as stated in an internet hoax). The low energy side is anger, headaches, and forcing square pegs into round holes. The high side is to take right action to empower your Divine Essence to express itself in an expanded prosperity consciousness.

You can best use this behind-the-scenes retrograde energy to plan how to manifest future goals and desires. For example, Mars was retrograde during the summer of 2001 when Al Qaeda was planning its strategy. After Mars came out of retrograde, the 9-11 attacks occurred.

Although this example is not what I would consider a good use of Mars energy, it does illustrate that you can use the October 1-December 9^th retrograde cycle to quietly work on your ambitions. While the world is likely to experience stress this autumn, there is an auspicious opportunity for you. If you are willing to go to the depths of your Being, down into that sensitive and vulnerable cave, you can access that which your Divine Essence wishes to bring forth. The Solar and Lunar Eclipses on October 3^rd and 17^th respectively, will help you manifest a higher set of beliefs and values for your new reality. And, mentoring Jupiter will give you the KITA (kick in the derrière) to do so (see next issue).

Do not despair because help is readily available. Mars is receiving support from harmonizing Venus. Venus rules love, romance, money, real estate, and art. Mars asserts itself to go after its desires, and does so with great vigor in Taurus.

In sum, the next three months calls you to cleanse limiting fears, diligently prepare a "battle" plan to manifest your desires, and to expand your values to open to the natural and abundant prosperity consciousness that is your Divine Right. Read your Sun and Rising Sign below to get a hint about where you can most benefit this autumn.

Aries: Pioneer new paths to create tangible resources. Money and property is a tool of Spirit when used properly.

Taurus: Enhance self-confidence and self-esteem during this cycle. Create a new appearance.

Gemini: Heal any subconscious needs for approval from others. This opens intuitive insight to follow you own path.

Cancer: Go beyond your personal family to nourish humanity, be it your neighborhood, a business organization, or the global community.

Leo: prepare to take the reigns of control and step out into the public limelight. Show time is coming!

Virgo: Take a class, prepare for a large travel adventure, or write that book.

Libra: You are learning how to share on a deeper level this fall. As a natural giver, it is time to learn to receive.

Scorpio: Good relationships prepare to go to new levels, and unhealthy relationships are fading away.

Sagittarius: Although normally focused on the big picture, it is time to take care of the details. Get organized, heal, and clean the closet!

Capricorn: Prepare to turn a hobby into a business. Combine fun and profitability.

Aquarius: Normally outward focused, you are called to tend to activities close to home. Are your emotions in harmony with your actions?

Pisces: Open your intellectual abilities to meld with your intuitive abilities. Learn to charge what you are worth for your considerable talents.
