The Sensitive Children
by Jan Mahloch
It is widely accepted that mothers have a sixth sense regarding their
children with intuitive protective gestures or premonitions in
times of danger. What is not widely appreciated or documented is the
sixth sense or intuitive connection that the children have to their
mothers.
Children have always had the capability to sense energy and experience
their world from their intuitive selves. But now more than ever, todays
children are awake to a higher spiritual consciousness that results
in perceiving energy in new ways. The children of today are highly charged
with a spiritual energy of sixth sense or intuitive capabilities. This
sixth sense is as functional and strong for them as the five senses
are to adults. Their connection to this sixth sense enables them to
act directly from their compassionate hearts. It also helps them to
use their many spiritual gifts of expression in the human experience.
We all have the capability to connect to our sixth sense, the ability
to know and guide ourselves by something beyond what our five senses
tell us. For most adults, the action of the sixth sense is usually explained
away by calling it coincidence, fate or chance. For the children of
the world, it is another method to use their energy for purpose and
participation. They are wired to receive the energy of love through
all their senses seen and unseen. At times it may seem that they are
too open or sensitive to all that is around them.
These are the times to watch carefully and observe their use of their
intuition. They will always strive to re-balance themselves as the energy
influences them. In many cases, this openness to energy can cause them
confusion and irritation as they try to re-balance themselves from too
much stimulating or non-beneficial energy. Examples of this may be sudden
mood changes due to a changing environment or meeting people for the
first time. They are using all five senses but are making behavior decisions
from their sixth sense. As a parent it is helpful to question the child
and become aware of what the child is feeling during these moments.
Look past the five senses and ask their sixth sense to become visible
to you. Work with your sixth sense or intuition to communicate.
This intuition can be cultivated by spending quiet time with the intention
of communicating with your child from your sixth sense or from the energy
of your heart. This is valuable as it can help stabilize and support
the child during school hours or new activities.
It is much like sending an ESP love letter that can calm and support
your childs energy field. To send an ESP love letter, sit in a
relaxed position, breathe deep and close your eyes. It is sometimes
helpful to imagine you are watching your child sleep. The memory of
watching your child sleep connects a parent instantly to their heart.
Once your heart is open, pretend you are having a loving conversation
with your child. Expand your heart feelings by breathing deep and visualizing
pink energy. Direct this energy towards your child and add the intention
that all the energy you are sending is for your childs highest
and best good. Imagine your child receiving this energy and returning
it back to you. Hold this feeling of love as long as possible. This
visualization exercise can strengthen your intuition and open you up
to your sixth sense communication with your child. Relax and enjoy this
energetic time together. Become aware of your childs behavior
as you strengthen this intuitive bond.
Now is the time for mothers to embrace their own sixth sense, their
intuitive side, to better understand and communicate with their children.
Use your power of intuition for much more than sensing fear. Be that
safe haven that is a constant transmitter of love and encouragement
for your child.
