Does your spirit scream for a new and higher perspective to life? Are you ready for something fresh and invigorating? If so, you had better make friends with the planet Jupiter. Known as the benefic and expansive god of generosity, Jupiter offers his blessings this summer.

On June 5, the thunder god sends you a lightening bolt to get you motivated. Known to ancient Romans as the god Zeus, Jupiter descends from his 4-month retrograde retreat on Mt. Olympus to stimulate a grand adventure. Jupiter blesses you by expanding your horizons. The giant planet is associated with travel, higher philosophy, higher education, and opening to pretty much anything that stretches beyond your current life situation.

However, you must be willing to open your mind to take a risk on yourself. Jupiter rules your belief system, encouraging you to take a giant leap beyond your current consciousness. Life really is grander than anything you presently imagine.

Your reality must go beyond limiting beliefs. If you believe you cannot afford to go off on an adventure this summer, then Jupiter rattles the cage of your consciousness, reminding you that you cannot afford not to go. This philanthropic mentor teaches that you are naturally connected to the Universal storehouse of abundance. Simply call upon your Divine Essence and open your heart to receive.

To know where your greatest adventure may be this summer, read your Sun and Rising Sign below:

Aries: Relationships hold the greatest adventure for you this summer. Don’t go it alone!

Taurus: Try one of those adventure vacations where you live, work, and serve with the locals- and make sure there is a beautiful spa in the woods while you are at it.

Gemini: Pure play, creativity, and romance are the keys to a happy adventure. Go to an artist’s retreat or build sandcastles with children on the beach.

Cancer: Your adventure this season may come through family activities such as reunions or even a private campout with those who are near and dear to your heart.

Leo: Short, quick adventures are the best for you this year. Instead of one long vacation, treat yourself to a bunch of long weekends. Learn something new this summer.

Virgo: Combine work and pleasure on your adventures this summer. Tack on some vacation time to that business trip, and get a tax write-off too. Improving your property or possessions could actually be fun this summer.

Libra: Be selfish this summer. Do what you want to do rather than trying to make everyone else happy. Combine physical activity with beauty. Climb a mountain or jog on the beach.

Scorpio: Watery, retreat places are best for those intense emotions this summer. Whether it is a beach house or a monastery at the edge of a babbling brook, it is time to step away from the world.

Sagittarius: A group vacation might be just the ticket this summer. Organize a rowdy campout or participate in some massive event. It is time to meet new people.

Capricorn: There is energy surrounding a greater responsibility to humanity for you this summer. Perhaps you could meditate with the Ascended Masters in the Grand Tetons or pray for humanity with monks in Katmandu.

Aquarius: Go exotic this summer, be it some foreign land or sitting on a vortex in Sedona. Participate in mind-opening activities.

Pisces: Although this is said with tongue-in-cheek, there is truth in advising you to go off to some swamp in the everglades. You would benefit by visiting a place that takes you to the depth of your being. Perhaps a shamanistic journey to Machu Pichu would be better than a swamp!
