Recycle your Ink Cartridges and help rehabilitate prisoners
Almost every household today has at least one printer or fax machine
in their home or office. STOP throwing your empty ink cartridges into
a landfill and let C.A.C. volunteers take them off your hands today.
Convict Amend Coalition (C.A.C.) is a newly established non-profit
organization servicing the community by helping convicted felons become
honest and productive members of society. We accomplish this by providing
vocational services, housing resources, counseling resources, skill
building workshops and other fundamental services, significantly lowering
the possibility of an offender re-offending.
We help fund our cause by collecting and recycling empty ink cartridges.
We accept every type of ink/toner cartridge so there is no reason to
keep on throwing them into landfills. Please note that 100% of monies
earned go straight to our cause. You can schedule your ink pick-up by
visiting our website and clicking on the "Got Ink?" link.
Please ask your friends, neighbors, employers, family members and anyone
else you may think of to help support our cause. You will not only be
helping the work of C.A.C., you will be helping the environment.
If you are interested in supporting our program please visit our website
at www.makinitright.org or
call Rustie Jouni at 503-522-2588 to schedule a pick-up of your contribution.
Thank you for your support!
Remote Viewing Training Comes to Portland
Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) Training, as originally developed and
taught in the U.S. military to a once top secret cadre of psychic spies,
will be offered on May 5th May 8th at the training center of
A Positive Change, 037 SW Hamilton St., Suite 1, in Portland, Oregon.
Teaching the course is Talia Shafir, an experienced remote viewer who
studied and worked with several former members of the government-trained
team.
Remote Viewing is an organized, systematic method of collecting information
beyond time and space that was developed in a scientific laboratory
in Palo Alto, California during the spy vs. spy days of the 70s. Spearheaded
by paranormal researcher and artist Ingo Swann, and scientists Russell
Targ and Hal Putoff, Remote Viewing represented a collaborative effort
of psychics, scientists, military officers and government officials
to keep up with Soviet military paranormal research.
"Nowadays," says Talia, "we can thank them for handing
us a ticket to one of the most incredibly fun-filled adventures you
can have! Remote Viewing has changed the lives of so many people. Each
story is more amazing than the next from the mundane locating
of lost objects to the discovery of revolutionary technology, healing
and the solving of crime. And the good news is that it uses a natural
ability we all possess."
"My mission", says Talia, "is to reveal and promote
the great gift of light underlying what many people still confuse with
Remote Viewings military roots. Its a wonderful way to quite
literally expand your consciousness. It is the quintessential teaching
of staying on the path, letting go of the outcome and getting out of
your own way. Whether you are a novice or professional psychic, it will
truly change how you view yourself and the world at large."
Talia Shafir holds a masters degree from Columbia University.
Her background in psycholinguistics combined with her specialized training
in sensorimotor psychotherapy for trauma and post traumatic stress provides
a unique contribution to the field.
To meet with Talia and hear about the training or to register, contact
Cat Wilson at 503-525-0595 or email info@apositivechange.com
for specific dates and locations. There are a limited number of places
still available. Talia Shafir can be contacted at 707-235-6341 or talia@soulview.com.
Spiritual Healing key to tomorrows health?
Bruno Gröning was a spiritual healer who had great impact in Germany
and around the world in the early 20th century. In recent
years Grönings teachings have been revived, and Circles of Friends
have come together around the world to channel healing energies (Heilstrom).
Many extraordinary results have been reported and verified by a Medical
Scientific Group of Specialists (MWF) that systematically registers
and documents spiritual healings to prove beyond doubt that even chronic
organic diseases can be permanently healed. The physicians in this group
voluntarily travel to over 60 countries giving lectures and demonstrating
this simple practice.
No medical examinations, diagnoses, or therapies are carried out by
the Bruno Gröning Circle of Friends or the Medical Scientific Group
of Specialists. Medicines are neither recommended, prescribed nor administered,
and no one is advised against seeing doctors, taking medicine, or undergoing
therapies or operations.
The lectures will take place on April 6th & 7thth
at Unity World Healing Center, 366 3rd Street, Lake Oswego,
Oregon at 7 pm. For more information go to: www.bruno-groening.org
Sri Shivarudra Balayogi Maharaj, Master of Meditation
Meditation, says Shivarudra Balayogi, will help you achieve the balance
and harmony in life that we are all seeking. This much loved Yogi from
the foothills of the Himalayas will be in the Portland-Hood River, Oregon
area from May 19-June 3, freely offering people the fruits of his life
of inner exploration.
In May, this Self-Realized Master, better known as Babaji, will be
making his second visit to the Northwest and holding a series of free
public programs where he will teach the technique of "Dhyan"
meditation. This technique, if practised regularly, Babaji says, will
help us gain inner peace, better health, reduce stress levels, improve
our concentration, gain balance in all areas of our lives and, eventually,
experience enlightenment itself.
Babaji was proclaimed a Self-Realized Master after a five year practice
of "Tapas", deep meditation for12 hours to 21 hours per day,
in which the meditator's consciousness first touches and then merges
with the infinite and unbounded Self. He now travels throughout the
world offering comfort, healing and enlightenment to all through the
gift of the same meditation that was first given to him by his guru
Shivarudra Balayogi Maharaj.
Babaji offers instruction and initiation into the practice of Dhyan
Meditation in the programs to be held in Hood River, Portland and Seattle
this May 19-June 3. People will be given the chance to meditate in Babaji's
presence, which makes the process a lot easier. Babaji, who speaks fluent
English, also will answer seekers' questions on spiritual topics with
his characteristic humor and patience.
Babaji is known as a "Yogi", someone who has fulfilled the
path of Yoga and merged into union with Divine Consciousness. As a "Yogi"
or truly enlightened, realised being, he speaks with the authority of
direct experience. There is never a charge for Baba's instruction and
guidance. All are welcome. Both the beginner in meditation and those
who have been on the spiritual path for years will find new inspiration
sitting with Baba Shivarudra Balayogi. For more information, go to www.shivarudrabalayogi.com
