Brazilian Healing Experiences with John of God

The place is central Brazil. June 2003. The main famed character is Joao Teixeira de Faria, acclaimed to be the greatest healer in the past 2000 years. Also known as John of God, and the Miracle Man, he humbly insists, "It is not me, but God who heals".

John of God

Joao was clairvoyant as a young boy. At 16 years of age, while bathing at a river, a radiant woman appeared to him, instructing him to go to a spiritual center. Approaching the center, he knocked on the door. That was the last recollection Joao had for three hours. What had happened? King Solomon had used Joao's body as a vessel of healing. That was just the beginning of his healing journeys.

Healings and Surgeries

More than forty years have passed since that particular incident. Now, up to 3000 people per day come for healing. Joao does more surgeries in 12 hours than most hospitals do in a month. Surgeries are visible or invisible, with most people choosing the latter type. Medical professionals are invited to observe the visible surgeries, and to assess the changes, with remarkable testimonials resulting. All visible surgeries are video recorded. People of all cultures, religious denominations, races, creeds, and social status are represented. No one is excluded. Notables such as Shirley MacLaine and Ram Dass have traveled to Brazil to meet with John of God.

The Call

My enthusiasm in visiting John of God was peaked after bearing and reading about his abilities and 95% success rate, in magical succession within about a month. After the third person relayed news about John of God, it was a definite "green light" that we travel to Brazil. After discussion with person #4, plans were set into action, and within two weeks we were on board a flight to Brazil. I have heard others tell of similar quick and spontaneous synchronisitic happenings, as if "called" to go.

Healings Witnessed

Our personal and primary purpose was to get some long needed R and R, and as researchers to assess the healing procedures. We witnessed extraordinary healings of people (physically-M.S., cancer; digestion/intestinal; emotional and mental changes). A museum-like room at the Casa houses crutches and eyeglasses, elminated after healings. Major improvements and remissions of conditions such as cancer, AIDS, arthritis, and the like have been tested at Brazilian universities with impressive results.

Personally

Our Immediate reaction was to sleep almost as soon as we stepped foot on the Casa property. Deep slumber and "early to bed" was a given. Fresh, tasty meals of fruits, vegetables and fish or chicken were part of the healing regime. Home made ice cream was an optional special treat. Usually extremely active on our home turf, we now enjoyed the luxuries of eating, sleeping, reading, meeting new comrades, praying and meditating.

It is a common procedure to pray for healings and blessings, and to ask Joao "in entity" to assist. He directed us to have invisible surgery. We were not alone. The surgery room was full. Joao was noticably not present. Soon after sitting down, spirit entities energetically and etherically began to operate individually and simultaneously on each one in the room. There was little to no pain felt. Herbs were ordered, and more sleep was required. Simplicity at its best!

Light and Sound

We observed and experienced the principles of light and sound (also our specialty) used in the crystal light "baths", as well as the sacred waterfall. Both of these were extremely effective in cleansing the chakras, revitalizing the body, and renewing mind and spirit. This helped to reinforce the effectiveness and direction in our development and use of similar light and sound tools.

Afterwards

The loving peaceful energy of the Casa draws many individuals to return again and again. It seems as if many leaders and spiritualists from around the world gravitate to this holy place. It is recommended that those with critical conditions return to gain maximum benefits. Spirit entities continue to perform healings on individuals after their return home. We have felt acupuncture-like "pin pricks" in various parts of our bodies, and entities working on vision and hearing improvements, as well as colon and spinal adjustments.

Returning to the US, we visited friends enroute. We received similar feedback - we looked younger, more vitalized, and had changed significantly. Words defy description of these profound and euphoric healing experiences. It was extremely life changing at every level!
