Expansive Jupiter Meets the Harvest Goddess
Your big ideas go to work!

Jupiter is generous, and he is ready to dispense his abundant nature to those who are ready to receive. On August 27^th, the jovial planet representing optimism and expansion entered the sign of the harvest goddess, Virgo.

For the next year, it is time to open to joyful prosperity and gratitude. Keep in mind that Virgo expects you to work for rewards, but opportunity is plentiful for those who are willing to roll up their sleeves. To receive the rewards offered in the year ahead, there are a few things you must do.

First, you must transform your belief system. If you are participating in the worldly consciousness of lack (called recession by economists), then you must remember that this is an abundant Universe. You are entitled to all the joy, healing, prosperity, and love that are naturally available in an unlimited supply. You simply need to open your heart to receive.

Secondly, Virgo asks you, "are you are a slave to this world, or, are you a world server?" A slave gets caught up in all the tiny Virgo details of life, leaving little time and space for a grander vision. Break free of slavery by dedicating a percentage of your time to your visionary projects, even if they seem impractical at this time. The harvest goddess is rather conservative, so take a gradual approach to changing the circumstances of your life.

Transform slavery consciousness by expressing gratitude. Many Native Americans call this "Buffalo Medicine." By appreciating all the good that is in your life now, you naturally open yourself to greater good. Oprah’s exercise of making a daily list of 3-5 things you are grateful for is an excellent practice for expressing gratitude.

The higher expression of Virgo is "world server." Expansive Jupiter coaches you into creating win-win situations. You serve the needs of the world while simultaneously taking care of yourself. Remember that Virgo rules health and healing, so it does no good to let yourself fall apart while helping others.

Jupiter motivates you to release smaller and limiting ways of thinking. Virgo asks you to simplify your life in order that Jupiter can propel you to a higher level of life expression. The goal is not to have more clutter in your life; it is to have a higher quality of life.

Aries: Release unfinished projects and relationships to increase space and energy for activities that call to you on a heart level. A pet can help you open your heart this year.

Taurus: A hobby or fun project can be turned into a profitable business this year. You must take a conservative risk on yourself, be it in work or romance.

Gemini: A home-based business may be your ticket to success. Many will move this year, or at least reduce the clutter.

Cancer: Classes that help you communicate your emotions or intuitive healing abilities show promise in the year ahead.

Leo: Reassess your values and energy input this year. If your heart isn’t in what you are doing, it will never produce income at the level that royal Leo desires.

Virgo: It is time for a course on self-esteem and self-confidence. Don’t be shy, as the world needs you to demonstrate your elevated capabilities and talents.

Libra: Your psychic and spiritual nature comes out in the year ahead. Although you may have been looking for big bucks, know that the insight you gain will transform you into the guru on the mountain.

Scorpio: Take responsibility in a group or organization that calls to you. Helping humanity reach beyond its perceived limitations is a service that will be deeply rewarding in the year ahead.

Sagittarius: You must take your philosophy to the world this year. Publish that book that has been calling to you; share the wisdom.

Capricorn: Expand your horizons. This may mean a work-related move or manifesting a practical application for your highest philosophy. Tell a few jokes this year!

Aquarius: Release fears of losing your independence. You must get involved and open to receive in order to manifest the expansive energies of Jupiter. Share and play nicely!

Pisces: Simplify your images of the perfect relationship. This year bursts relationship illusions to help you partner in healthy and realistic ways.
