How We Vibrate.

by Jan Engels-Smith

The soul is a magnificent thing. It is pure divine energy, the part of us that is God. The energy of the soul vibrates at an extremely high frequency. The highest emotional frequency that I have found that can even come close to that of the soul is that of laughter. Laughter has amazing healing qualities because it brings the frequency of the body and mind up to that of the soul, creating harmony between the body, mind and soul. Unfortunately, most people do not laugh enough; however, emotional qualities such as happiness, joy, fun, peace and serenity are all forms of emotional energy that are in harmony with the frequency of the soul.

When we experience soul loss, voids are created in the soul framework. These voids try to fill, and very often they will fill with frequencies that are not in harmony with the soul. People will fill with energy that they are exposed to in their homes, work, and environment. Anger, blame, judgment, sadness, jealousy, not feeling good enough, violence on television or movies, the news and depression are all extremely low frequency vibrations pervading our environment. Even thinking about these words and feelings causes the body to collapse or start to shrink down. These are typical energies that people absorb when they trying to fill the voids left by soul loss. Or people will try to fill with food or alcohol, much of which is vibrating at extremely low frequencies, especially highly processed foods. The end result is an entire human system energetically out of balance. The soul (the major part of any energy system) is vibrating at a very high frequency and the intrusions are vibrating at very low frequency. This dis-ease within the system is setting it up for problems. The system will eventually reach a breaking point, and physical, mental, or emotional disorder and illness results.

In shamanism, no disorder or illness is labeled. All illnesses are explained as incongruences in the energy system. The internal vibrations within the system are out of whack. In order for healing to occur, the entire human system needs to be in harmony with the frequency of the soul.

This can be accomplished by doing an extraction on a person. Lower frequency energies are extracted using universal laws as the governing concepts. The law of attraction is a primary concept. The law of attraction says that everything gravitates toward its own kind. Lower frequency energies attract lower frequency energies, and higher frequency energies attract higher frequency energies. If you have a high frequency energy (soul) and low frequency intrusions (anger, depression, etc.), it is a lose - lose situation. Nothing is in harmony. To create a win, win, which the universe always supports, we use spiritual helpers and ceremony to entice the lower frequency energies to leave and go to their own kind, which is where they ultimately want to be (remembering the laws of attraction). Where this is, I don't know; the spirits seem to have this information. I never go to war with these lower frequencies that do not belong in the human soul, but use the laws of the universe to set things in motion for a complete healing for all concerned. It is a good idea to follow an extraction with a soul retrieval, which brings back more divine essence to a person and raises that person's vibration even higher.

The emotional outcome of an extraction/soul retrieval is balance—a reestablishing of the system to its natural harmony. Joy, happiness, contentment, peace, or any of the other high vibration emotions are part of this harmony. Remember that the soul is divine; it is the part of you that is God, the Divine Vibration. When your emotional, physical and mental bodies are in alignment with your own truth of who you are, the outcome is an irresistible feeling of delight.
