To continue our discussion on the thumb I have included two hand prints today to show you the difference in the set of the thumb and the angle of opposition. The set of the thumb means how low down on the hand does the thumb exit the hand. The lower down it exits, the easier things come to a person in their life. Life just seems to flow effortlessly for the low set thumb people. The higher set the thumb then the more difficult it is to manifest. These people have to work harder to get what they want. They did not come in for things to be easy in this lifetime.

The angle of opposition determines how assertive a person is. Now if you will look at hand print #1 you will see that the thumb on this hand exits very low out the side of the hand, so this person has things come easily to them. Also the angle of opposition is wide which means they have the ability to shape and control their environment and get things under their thumb. Also the tip of the thumb is large and thick. This is their will power section and they have a lot of will power. From just a few clues from this thumb you can determine that this person is likely to be successful at most of their endeavors.

Let us look next at hand print #2. Notice that this thumb is set just a little higher and it also has an angle of opposition that is not quite as wide. This person does have a large tip that looks quite thick and long. So this person still has things come reasonably easy, asserts to a moderate degree, works well with others, and may spend time and energy using their will. Because it is high set and they are not willing to be assertive at all. They prefer to have someone else make all of their decisions for them. This person does have a large will power zone so they may be willful at times if they do not like the way others are running their show.

Take a look at your thumb and the thumbs of your friends and family and see how much you can tell them about themselves now and I will see you next time with more information on the thumb.
