Although the intent of this article is to focus on your desires for warm-and-fuzzy relationships, be aware that business, family, and relationship with self are also up for review. While it sounds nice to suggest that you are opening your heart for warmer relationships, you need to know that you must first release and heal unhealthy relationship beliefs and behaviors. Like flaxseed oil, whats ultimately good for you may be unpleasant to begin with.
Regardless of your current relationship status, you will get in touch with the dynamics of aloneness vs. loneliness. Loneliness can be defined as a feeling of being separate from the One Source of all that is. It feels as though you are incomplete. You can be lonely even when you are in relationship or surrounded by friends.
Aloneness is the state of Mind where you are Divinely connected to the One Source, (although your innate wisdom reminds you that you are never alone). You are connected to all Creation regardless of the appearance of your worldly relationships.
A relationship born of loneliness is like arithmetic where the addition of two people adds up to less than the sum of its parts (1 + 1 = 1½). A relationship existing in a state of aloneness is geometrically stimulated, making the whole greater than the sum of its parts (1 + 1 = 3). Venus in Scorpio shows you exactly where you are in this polarity. She pulls no punches as you dive to the deepest and most intense areas of your relationship belief patterns.
A good starting point to understand current relationship dynamics begins with the Autumnal Equinox, Sept. 22 at 9:56 PM PDT. A chart cast for the three months following draws a challenging and motivational pattern in the sky called a "T-Square." It includes a dramatic tug-of-war between illusion-bursting Neptune and "I want it all" Jupiter. The tension-producing part of this pattern is Venus, which says, "I just want to be in love."
As with every challenge in life, there is also an opportunity. Neptune manifests a Soul Mate, but the challenge is to purify behaviors and illusions that restrict heart opening. Jupiter brings expansive opportunities, but it requires you to expand beyond limiting beliefs having to do with self-worth and self-esteem.
Venus challenges you to transform and regenerate your value system when she turns retrograde in Scorpio, October 10 through November 20. When the planet representing love and sharing appears to move backward in the sky, you are motivated to transform the way you behave in relationships. Dysfunctional relationships have volcanic potential. Allow your deepest fears to surface to promote emotional healing. On the positive side, good relationships improve during this introspective cycle. Communicate your deepest values and highest vision for sharing your energy. Open your heart and mind to your vulnerable side in relationship without going into excessive self-sacrifice. The balance of sharing and individuality helps relationships ascend to new heights.
Ascended Master Djwahl Kuhl says that Venus represents the next step in the evolution of planet earths spiritual development. This means that your willingness to increase the vibration of all your relationship beliefs and behaviors assists Mother Earth in her evolution.
The energies of autumn are calling you to combine romantic-type love and passions with an unconditional form of love. You are being called to say yes to passionate love, but not to restrict yourself to its limitations. Allow passion to transform into a deep and fulfilling love of self, partner, and life itself.
If you are a Sun sign, or have planets in the signs of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius, you are being called to release rigid ideas and feelings about how relationships are supposed to work. The action-oriented signs of Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn are challenged to create a healthy balance between relationships and individuality. The adaptable signs of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces need to stand up for themselves in regards to their relationship needs.
Everyone is being called to release fears, unhealthy relationships, and self-defeating relationship behaviors between September and November. This is the time to open your heart to passionate intensity, then to blend these passions with an unconditional spiritual love. Ultimately, you share yourself in a most loving way, just in time for the holidays!
