Radical Therapy

Allen L. Roland, PhD, Reviewed by Whitney Harris

In his new book, Radical Therapy, Allen L. Roland, PhD helps his clients delve to the core of their personal struggles in only seven sessions. How is this possible? Because Dr. Roland believes every life struggle stems from one issue: Our disconnection from the Unified Field of love – or the soul consciousness. According to Dr. Roland, from our first months of life in the womb until early childhood, we exist in the loving light of soul consciousness. We burst with joy, we know exactly who we are, and we are at one with the universe. We fully accept ourselves and others, without judgment or fear. However, at some point in childhood, we lose our connection to the soul consciousness when we begin forming an ego consciousness. The ego consciousness, according to Dr. Roland, is created out of a belief that we must change parts of ourselves in order to be loved and accepted in the world. Slowly, we forget the essence of who we are and begin experiencing a life based in fear, judgment, and conditional love. Dr. Roland believes our access to the soul consciousness never disappeared, but became buried beneath the formation of our ego consciousness, and the only way back is through the layers of fear and pain that we created. This approach, according to Dr. Roland, is the fastest, most direct way to reconnect with this light of unconditional love and “back to our true selves.”

The first section of the book discusses how and why we this dramatic shift of consciousness occurs, while the second half contains the seven sessions, including “homework” assignments. Since 1971, Dr. Roland’s loving guidance has helped hundreds of people “remember” their own unique gifts and inner beauty. No matter what struggles you may be dealing with today, Radical Therapy can help you discover your deepest truths, while igniting an exciting and profound personal transformation.
