Romance with a Twist!

Do you want to enhance your Valentine’s Day experience? Pay attention to the astrology of the day to get the most out of February 14th. The moon is traveling through the romantically idealistic sign of Pisces. The moon wants to express feelings, emotions, and nurturing. Pisces wants a soul mate-type love that transcends this world. Create a romantic vision for your partner. Use your imagination to go beyond chocolates and flowers. Because Pisces rules the ocean, this might be the year to take your partner to the coast, preferably to a hotel with a private hot tub. There is a twist, or kink (kinky-ness!?), to the holiday this year. The Sun in Aquarius is aligned with “expect-the-unexpected” Uranus. Try surprising your partner with the rebellious and exotic part of your nature. Allow room in your plans for spontaneity.

If you are not in partnership, you need not stay home alone. A strong Aquarius emphasis is excellent for friendships and groups. Go out and play, but do so without expectations. Aquarius is one of those signs where things change quickly.

Regardless of your relationship status, this Feb. 14th is a time to combine action with solitude, tradition with going beyond tradition, and spiritual love with romantic love.
