The big astrological news for March and April is that there is no big news - no head banging planetary transits to run rampant through your neatly planned life. You now have the opportunity to flow into needed changes, projects and expansive energies with the support of the universe.

Not everyone is going to experience this issue's forecast as "no news is good news" because transforming Pluto made a major move into Capricorn back on Jan. 25. People who did not release things that needed to break down over the winter will experience them now. This ranges from job and relationship changes to household repairs.

Bridges are being burned behind you now, which brings a degree of anxiety. You already knew the end was in sight and now you are faced with the reality. Avoid going into martyr mode and allow supportive planetary shifts to help you create your dreams.

Early March heavily emphasizes the water and air elements. Astrology weather forecasting suggests that you prepare for rain and wind storms. Political forecasts indicate that emotionally-charged verbal outburst will fill news broadcasts.

Going beyond the games of the world, a spiritual forecast advises you to communicate visionary ideals into the world. All of your "when the world is ready" projects now receive help if you are just willing to put them into action. The danger here is that you could talk about them, but not take the action step.

Know that this tip-of-the-iceberg Pluto in Capricorn energy is just setting the stage for much larger changes to come by 2010. If you start the process of concretely manifesting your vision in the mundane world now, you will be many steps ahead of all of the sleeping masses come earth-shattering 2010.

By the vernal equinox on March 20, action-oriented signs (Aries, Cancer and Capricorn) and adapting signs (Pisces, Virgo) are taking over for the three months that follow. Initiate action through summer solstice, but do not carve your plans into stone just yet as readjustment is coming in May.

If your natal chart is heavily emphasized in the fixed signs of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, you are going to feel some discomfort. The best advice is to let go, practice adaptability and trust your higher self to run the show. The need to control and manipulate will just get you into trouble now.

In fact, if you want to do something wild and crazy, the final days of March bring out your eccentric side. Whether you take off on a spontaneous adventure, give in to a romantic fling with the pool boy/girl, or cast off someone who has been annoying you, late March definitely tells you to rebel from your comfortable rut.

Enjoy it while you can because the energetic tone changes by the second week of April. On April 7, ambitious Mars finally comes fully out of the shadow of last November through January's retrograde cycle. Your actions and emotions are now in alignment and ready to take on the world. Expect to see more aggressive action in the world, be it in political speeches, terrorist activities or an impatient need to hurry up in whatever you do.

On a personal level, this is your call to action. It is your coming out party, be it in business expansion or in personal relationships. So as not to "blue sky" you with all of this good energy, please remember that you must break a few eggs to make an omelet.

The old world paradigm has been breaking down for some time. Methods that used to work now fail to perform under this new Pluto in Capricorn energy. The world is reaching that quantum take-off stage where it takes only a small breeze to break things down.

As scientist-metaphysician Gregg Braden said on his recent lecture tour, the most dynamic way to effect change is through the heart because the heart has a more powerful electromagnetic field than the brain. As current planetary energy blows through your life, remember to keep your heart open and take actions from a heart-centered consciousness.
